I see yoga as a life practice – a path that leads us inward, so we can attune to ourselves.
I am a certified vinyasa yoga teacher. I come from Poland, where I first stepped onto the mat as a teenager – during a class my mother took me to. I began my journey as a teacher in 2019 in Prague, and continued my studies in the Nepalese Himalayas. I currently live and teach yoga in southern Italy, in Lamezia Terme, where I moved with my family.
Yoga is my guide – it shows me what to choose and what to let go of. It teaches me how to respond in difficult moments, and how to live fully – with joy, lightness, and an open heart. This is exactly what I share with my students. Having lived in different parts of the world, I’ve had the opportunity to meet people who think differently than I do. I learned their languages to better understand their perspectives. These experiences help me nurture the practice of tolerance, flexibility, and mindfulness – the ability to observe and move through life with lightness and commitment. I incorporate these values into my classes, creating a space for inner freedom, growth, and deeper connection with oneself. I share with my students what I’ve learned from my journey through this vast, colorful world.
I warmly invite you to meet me on the mat – here, in the south of Italy.

For peace, a smile, a breath, the views, meaning – I answered Iga’s question in my mind during the first yoga class. The same question came up during the last session, when we were staring into the depths of the sea, feeling the touch of the wind on our faces. "Answer yourselves: why did you come here? I hope you managed to find it..."
To do something differently than usual. To dare. To break the pattern. To feel power, agency, strength. To find yourself. It worked... and so much more.
Our bodies are stronger than we think, and our minds even more creative. Before the trip, I thought I would finally spend time alone with myself. Talk to myself without rush or pressure. Maybe hear something interesting within me, maybe understand my own story.
The other participants, their stories, passions, and dreams turned out to be even more fascinating. 😀 We are the ones who decide. And deciding to take this trip is definitely worth it. I truly recommend it.
