🤸♀️ What? A workshop: yoga and meditation in Southern Italy! That’s right – La dolce yoga!
⏰ When? November 28 – December 1, 2025 (3 nights – Friday to Monday – direct and inexpensive flights from Kraków and Warsaw, return possible to Poznań!)
🌍 Where? At a beautiful yoga retreat center surrounded by nature near Rome!
🌴 I invite you on a journey south, where time flows and is understood differently than in Poland, where the sun shines all year long, where people slow down and savor the moment, and where your taste buds will rejoice in Italian specialties!
This is a trip for those who want to experience an Italian adventure – soak up the sun, enjoy the flavors of Italian cuisine (full board included!), practice yoga and meditation outdoors in lush greenery (yoga mats are provided!).
We’ll spend a lot of time in nature, go on a trip to a nearby traditional medieval town, spend an afternoon hiking in the surrounding mountains, and visit the largest Buddhist temple in Europe for meditation with monks.
You’ll taste Italian life, relax, and strengthen your body through yoga and delicious Italian food!
The average daytime temperature during this time is 17°C (62°F). 🙂
This intimate retreat is for women starting their yoga journey or already practicing, regardless of level.

November 29
November 30
December 1
This is a tentative schedule, and the order of events may change depending on the weather.
Participants can optionally join a walk through a traditional medieval Italian village, a mountain hike, and a meditation session with monks in one of the largest Buddhist temples in Europe.
We’ll stay in a beautiful yoga center nestled in nature, run by an Italian couple. There are simple wooden 2-person and single rooms available. Yoga will be practiced in a wooden, spacious, bright, and beautiful pagoda.
The retreat includes full board – vegetarian, Mediterranean-style, delicious, fresh, and locally sourced – prepared with ingredients straight from the garden of the owner, Michele.
From the airport, you can take a train (direct from Rome Fiumicino Airport or from central Rome) to the station closest to our retreat, where the owners will pick you up by car. Alternatively, there’s a bus from central Rome directly to the retreat.
Ticket cost: approx. €11 one way; travel time: about 1 hour. Full travel details will be provided upon registration. 🙂
If a group is interested in a group transfer from Rome, there may be an option for a minibus organized by the retreat hosts.
Want to explore Rome? Arrive earlier or stay longer after the retreat – great idea! There are plenty of daily flight connections between Poland and Rome.
If you return on December 1st, you'll have a few hours to explore Rome before heading to the airport.
We’ll practice yoga and meditation twice a day. The plan includes 3 morning yoga classes and 3 evening classes. The style I teach is vinyasa yoga – often associated with a dynamic flow, but I personally love slower sequences. The style of our classes will depend on how you feel! This retreat is for both beginners and those more experienced in yoga. Sessions will be tailored to the group. We’ll also explore different meditation techniques. The sessions will be led by me – Iga. I'm a certified vinyasa yoga teacher. I taught in Prague, Czech Republic for 4 years, and I now live, teach, and organize yoga retreats in Calabria, Italy – and I’d love to create this yoga story with you here!
